A tervez\u00e9sre n\u00e9gyh\u00f3napos, a kivitelez\u00e9sre pedig egy\u00e9ves hat\u00e1rid\u0151t szabtak meg.<\/p>\n<p>A Nagyv\u00e1radot Brass\u00f3val \u00f6sszek\u00f6t\u0151 415 kilom\u00e9teres \u00e9szak-erd\u00e9lyi aut\u00f3p\u00e1lya meg\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re a rom\u00e1n hat\u00f3s\u00e1gok 2003-ban k\u00f6t\u00f6ttek szerz\u0151d\u00e9st az amerikai Bechtel v\u00e1llalattal, amit &#8211; a szerz\u0151d\u00e9st kifog\u00e1sol\u00f3 Eur\u00f3pai Uni\u00f3 t\u00e1mogat\u00e1sa h\u00edj\u00e1n &#8211; kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag a rom\u00e1n k\u00f6lts\u00e9gvet\u00e9sb\u0151l lehetett p\u00e9nzelni. Mivel a finansz\u00edroz\u00e1s akadoz\u00e1sa miatt egy \u00e9vtized alatt csak a Kolozsv\u00e1r mellett elhalad\u00f3 52 kilom\u00e9teres Gyalu-Aranyosgy\u00e9res szakasz \u00e9p\u00fclt meg, Bukarest 2013-ban felbontotta a szerz\u0151d\u00e9st az amerikaiakkal.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/archivum.eloszekelyfold.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/a3_eszak_erdelyi_autopalya.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"157\" alt=\"\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">Az \u00e9szak-erd\u00e9lyi sztr\u00e1da Marosv\u00e1s\u00e1rhely \u00e9s Aranyosgy\u00e9res k\u00f6z\u00f6tti szakasz\u00e1t az EU 2012-ben felvette a transzeur\u00f3pai k\u00f6zleked\u00e9si h\u00e1l\u00f3zatba (TEN-T), \u00e9s \u00edgy Rom\u00e1nia ennek meg\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re most m\u00e1r eur\u00f3pai t\u00e1mogat\u00e1st is ig\u00e9nybe vehet.
